Symptoms
Time Administration abends with duplicate key error in PUM 35.
ERROR

SQL error. Stmt #: 1738 Error Position 0 Return: 805 - [Microsoft] [ODBC Driver 17 for SQL server] [SQL Server]
Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.PS_TL_TA_TRLIST25 with unique index 'PS_TL_TA_TRLIST25'.
The duplicate key value is (917775, 1984077, 2).
Failed SQL stmt: INSERT INTO PS_TL_TA_TRLIST25
Process 917764 ABENDED at Step TL_TA000200.DD000.Step025 (SQL) -- RC = 805 (108,524)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Workgroup for an employee with multiple jobs
2. Enter time for one day in the current period then Submit
3. Run Time Admin through end of current period.
4. Time Admin run to No Success due to unique constraint abend.
