E-AD: Bad Characters Inserted in New Fields PT_TS_LOCK_TYPE and PT_UTS_ENABLED in PSRECTBLSPC (Doc ID 2794938.1)

On creating any new record in Application Designer, some strange data gets inserted into 2 new fields PT_TS_LOCK_TYPE and PT_UTS_ENABLED in PSRECTBLSPC table.

Steps to reproduce in Application Designer:
1. Open App Designer and create a new record.
2. Add any field to the record - e.g. EMPLID.
3. Save the record and build it as a SQL Table.
4. Run this SQL from SQL tool - Select * from PSRECTBLSPC WHERE RECNAME = 'new_rec';

The fields PT_TS_LOCK_TYPE and PT_UTS_ENABLED can be seen as having some strange characters in them.
