EPC: Unable to Save Accounting Tag Setup With Message "(9000,419)", If GL Analysis Types are Reject by Project Status (Doc ID 2795259.1)

Not able to setup Accounting tag setup If GL Analysis Types are Rejected by Project Status

Setup:
1. Check "Enable Status Control" on Installation Options – Project Integration.
2. Setup Status Types - Set Control Actions to "Reject Transactions" for all GL Analysis Types.

Steps:
1. Create an Accounting Tag for Sigle/Multi-Line.
2. Enter the details and select the PC Business Unit/Project/Activity for any Project with the status we setup above. Try to save
  -- Getting Message "Analysis Type is Required"
3. Open the Analysis Type Prompt
  -- Only Gl Analysis Types are available
4. Select any of them and save.

• Not able to save, getting message "The status of "XXXX" for project XXXXXXXX prevents additional transactions. (9000,419)". Project Status control validation should work only when using them on the transaction not on Accounting Tag Setup.
