When attempting to apply updates on Cloud Manager (CM) 11, Manage Updates the following error occurs during "Deploy PUM source environment" step:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cloud Manager > Manage Updates
2. Click on Apply button.
