Goal

A site developed a Component Interface (CI) SOAP web service. They have a requirement to suppress returning the key values in the response message of the CI's Get request when no rows are found matching the keys provided. By default the response returns the key values.
Is it possible to suppress returning the key values, and if so, how?

Below is a snippet of the default response containing the keys.
