ELA: On Lease IUT, TRF AA Entry Does Not Transfer

Symptoms
It is observed, on Lease IUT, TRF/AD entry get transferred to Target but not TRF/AA entry.
REPLICATION STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create new Lease
2. Run Straight-Line process
3. Run AM_DEPR_CALC
4. Run AMAEDIST
5. Run DPClose
6. Create Amendment
7. Perform IUT to transfer lease to another BU
8. Run Straight-Line process
9. Run AM_DEPR_CALC
10. Run AMAEDIST
11. Run DPClose
12. Review of the Dist_Ln: we can see only TRF/AD entry is transferred and so there is difference in amount in target asset when compared with Source asset.
TRF/AA entry should also be transferred to Target asset.
