Symptoms

While applying maintenance from PUM to Target for FSCM92.U39, it failed with error:

System Error : File: E:\PT858P09X_2101272324-retail\peopletools\src\psbld\bldcreat.cpp SQL error. Stmt #: 4046 Error Position: 34 Return: 3114 - ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
Failed SQL stmt: SELECT 'X' FROM USER_MVIEWS WHERE MVIEW_NAME = 'PS_FO_CAN2_FUN_VW'
System Error : File: E:\PT858P09X_2101272324-retail\peopletools\src\psbld\bldcreat.cppSQL error. Stmt #: 4046 Error Position: 34 Return: 3114 - ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply maintenance from FSCM PUM 39 to Target
2. Get to step: Building the Create Views Script - V7
3. Observe error
