Symptoms
Some users are getting error when trying to access the Operational Analysis tile. The issue is not occurring for all users.
Steps:
1) Go to Payables Operations Home page in Fluid UI.
Navigation: Fluid Homepage > Payables Operations.
2) Click Operational Analysis
