Symptoms

On: 8.58

FILETRANSFER.log under <PS_HOME>/appserv//LOGS for each user is created when they are trying to upload attachments.

Issue can be replicated by uploading the attachments by navigating to People Tools>Utilities>Debug>People Tools Utilities page
