The Source Status of Requisition line is Incorrect after Awarding Event to Purchase Order (Doc ID 2797265.1)

Symptoms

The Source Status of requisition line is incorrect after awarding event to purchase order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Case 1:
      1. Create classic requisition with three special request items
            Save
      2. Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Event Details
            Create Event
            Copy Requisition
            Select all the lines and click ok
            Go to Invite Bidders page
            Check Public Event
            Save Event
            Post Event
      3. Go to Supplier Portal
            Click Bidding Opportunities on Supplier Secure Home Page
            Select the event on Public Events tab
            Click Bid on Event
            Enter Bid Quantity & Bid Price
            Click Submit Bid
      4. Go back to EMPLOYEE Portal and change the End date of the Event to perform Award Event
            Navigate : Sourcing > Maintain Events > Event Workbench
            Select the event and click Analyze Bids icon
            Enter Bid Action and Award by Percent
            Click Analyze Line
            Award only First line item
            Go to Award Events Page
            Enter Business Unit
            Click Post Award
            PO created
      5. Navigate : eProcurement > Manage Requisitions
            Search the requisition and click the requisition icon
      Issue : Line 1 shows In Process and Line 2, 3 shows Complete

 Case 2:

      1. Create requisition with an item
            Submit
      2. Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
            Create an event by copying the requisition and Post it
      3. Login SUPPLIER Portal
            Select Supplier Secure Home Page > Bidding Opportunities > Public Events
            Submit the Bid
      4. Login EMPLOYEE Portal
            Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
            Open the Event and Change the End Date to award the event
      5. Navigate : Sourcing > Maintain Events > Event Workbench
            Select the Event
            Click Analyze Bids
            On the Analyze Total page, set the Bid Action to Award and Award by Percent to something less than 100. Click Save, then select Award Events from the dropdown menu.
            Award to PO
      6. Navigate back to the event workbench.
            The event status shows Pending Award, which is correct as a partial award was made. Click the Analyze Bids icon and review the analysis. The Analyze Total page reflects the partial award.
            Click the Analyze Line link
            Note the Line Status is Open, as there is still quantity available to award. This is correct. Click the Analyze link and note the Additional Award link is available to make additional awards. This is all correct.
      7. Navigate : eProcurement > Manage Requisitions > Search Requisition
            Click Requisition Icon
      Issue : Source status is Complete instead of "In Process"
