ECM: BNK_RECON Process Is Displaying Incorrect Message - "There Are No Transactions To Reconcile! (Doc ID 2797296.1)

Bank recon (BNK_RECON) process is displaying message log with incorrect message - "There are no transactions to reconcile!!!", when transaction was reconciled by Automatic reconciliation process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import bank statement (make sure that there is a line for bank fee where there will be no system transaction to reconcile)
2. Now run auto recon process and note that the line for bank fee is not reconciled.
3. Now make sure to create an external transaction for the bank fee line with same amount, reference and date
4 Now run auto recon and the line will be reconciled and process runs to success. But on message log, there is a message "There are no transactions to reconcile!!!" displayed which leads to confusion
