Fatal SQL Error In Graduation Tracking Search Process (Doc ID 2797346.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use the graduation tracking search in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
the following error occurs.

 

 A fatal Peoplecode sql error occurred.
Unexpected data type code: None. (180,605) SSR_GRAD_SEARCH.GBL.SSR_GRSRCH_WRK.SSR_PB_SEARCH.FieldChange PCPC: 506 Statement : 63
The evaluator encountered an unexpected data type code.


 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
On your sql server database open
1. Turn on Graduation Tracking at the institution
Setup SACR > Foundation Tables > Acad Structure > Academic Institution Table
  Acad Institution Tab 8

2. Apply several students  in the acad plan of Dance for graduation

3. Search for Students in the Dance plan
Records and Enrollment > Graduation > Graduation Tracking Search
 

4. See fatal sql error.

 

Changes

 This issue was noticed in 9.0 as well, it appears to not be related to any changes in environment.
