New Requisition Name Is Not Retained After Adding Items To The Cart (Doc ID 2797793.1)

New Requisition Name is not retained after editing the req and adding Items to the Cart.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Special Request Req and provide a Requisition Name
2. Submit the Req
3. From the My Requisition Tile, Edit the Req
4. Edit the name of the Req and click Update Cart
5. Click continue Shopping and Add a New Special Request
6. Click the Cart icon – Req name is reverted to the old name
