No Instances Display on the Manage Benefits INstances Page When the Template and Instances Updated On or After Filters Are Used (Doc ID 2797842.1)

Symptoms

On the Manage Benefits Instances page, when the Template and Instances Updated On or After filters are used, the count of instances is correct, but no instances actually display unless the count is changed from the default value of 50.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Navigate to Benefits > Manage Benefits Instances.
     2. Enter a Template.
     3. Enter a date in Instance Updated On or After field.
     4. Click Filter button. No instances actually display.
     5. Change the Count and lick Filter button.
