Symptoms

The Formula validation process does not validate successfully.
For any formula, with two effective dates, if a new Effective Date is interchanged, the validation is removing data for the first effective date for the modified Formula from the following tables:

PS_GP_FORMULA_VAR
PS_GP_FORMULA_CLUE

Steps to reproduce the issue:

   1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Elements > Supporting Elements > Formulas
Open for e.g. the Element REJ FM COND PRC
   2. For any formula, with two effective dates for e.g. 1 JAN 2000 and 1 JAN 2020, add a new effective date in between: for e.g. 1 JAN 2019
   3. Click on Validate
   4. Run the following SQL Statements:
select * from PS_GP_FORMULA_VAR where PIN_NUM= ;
select * from PS_GP_FORMULA_CLUE where PIN_NUM= ;
