HCM 9.2 : HTML Tags Getting Inserted into Global Spell Check Text Box in the Performance Document (Doc ID 2798095.1)

When inserting a text into the comments box on the Performance Document and by using Global Spell Check, after clicking Save, HTML Tags are inserted.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

   1. Open the Component EP_APPR_MAIN in Application Designer and Activate the Spell check (this will active the Global Spell check on the page)
   2. Navigate to  Self Service > Performance Management > My Performance Documents > Current Documents
Enter for e.g. this Text into a Comment Box : 'Thsi si Tset'
   3. Click on Global Spell check which was activated at step 1 and change the incorrect text
   4. Click on Save
Observe: HTML Tags got inserted into the comments box
