Symptoms

The Event Creation process (INPCCREA) Failed with PTPSQLRT Error

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Use Status for Counting
Navigate : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Inventory > Inventory Definition
Enter BU
Select Business Unit Options tab.
Select "Yes" in order to Use Status for Counting.

2. Setup Counting Event
Navigate : Inventory > Inventory Counts > Prepare Counting Event > Setup Counting Event
Enter BU
Enter Percent Tolerance : blank
Check Zero Qty Transaction History
Check Blind Count
Check Cancel Unprocessed Items.

Count Options Tab:
Select Cycle Count
Cycle Count Option : Storage Location
Zero Quantity Option : Exclude Zero Quantity

Utilization Types Tab
Utilization Type : A, B, C
Cycle Interval : 3, 15, 30
Review Period : 8, 11, 81

3. Create Counting Event
Navigate : Inventory > Inventory Counts > Prepare Counting Event > Create Counting Event
Enter BU : US010

Cycle Count Options Tab: Due to Count
Uncheck All.
Check Inactive status.
Save.

4. Run INPCCREA process.
Navigate: Inventory > Inventory Counts > Prepare Counting Event > Create Counting Event > Event Creation
As result the INPCCREA Process Failed.
