Symptoms

When an App Engine is called by CallAppEngine(), ie. App Engine is run in Online mode, base temp table is used always.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Key in the data in excel of Journal Spreadsheet Import. 
2. Upload data.
