Symptoms
Site has a requirement for journal approval notifications to only go to the Worklist for journal approvers and not send an email.
The system is sending emails for journal approvals since the upgrade from PeopleTool 8.56 to 8.58 and FSCM 9.2 Image 28 to 38.
Steps to replicate:
1. Create a journal, edit and submit for approval (General Ledger > Journals > Create/Update Journal Entries
2. Check email notification.

Issue was caused by upgrading PeopleTools 8.56 to 8.58 and FSCM 9.2 Image 28 to 38.
