Last updated on AUGUST 11, 2021

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Spain - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When running Model File ESP 111/110 the name of the companies that have a special character is being changed to a blank space.
This produces issues when trying to validate the file with Spanish Tax Authority (AEAT). As the special character is being replaced by a blank space, the AEAT does not allow two blank spaces in a row.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Run Model File 111:
- the company name ends in “, S.A”.

2. The file is generated and it can be noticed that the special characters from the company name has been replaced by a blank space.
