Symptoms
Population Select bind records use effective dated logic in a table that is a view and therefore has the effective dated logic already included. The following SQL, from PS_SCC_PS_FINA_BND, is an example:
PS_SCC_PRI_NAME_VW, being a view, already has the EFFDT logic built into it, so adding it again reduces the efficiency of that bind and can make any query attached to that bind take a very long time to run.
