E-PC: File Class Method GetString() Does Not Delete the Original File, upon Successful Execution of the Code (Doc ID 2798945.1)

Symptoms

File Class Method GetString() does not delete the original file, upon successful execution of the code, as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Write PeopleCode that gets a file and process it using the GetString method.
2. Execute the code in PIA.

At the end of the execution, the original file has 0 bytes, but is not deleted, as expected.
