Students Cannot Enroll Into Combined Section W/reserve Cap When The Wait List Has Reached Capacity (Doc ID 2799071.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Student Records Enrollment

When attempting to enroll in a waitlist or reserved cap course, a student is receiving error under the following conditions

-Class is a combined section
-Class has Reserve Capacity set which applies to all remaining seats in the class
-The student attempting to enroll meets the criteria used for the requirement group on the Reserve Cap (confirmed Requirement Group setup is not the issue)
-Class has an associated non-enrollment component with a full waitlist (i.e. 5 out 5 seats taken)
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1. When the student does not check the Wait List if Class is Full box (or on the Admin side “Wait List Okay” box):
“Class %1 is full. If a wait list is available, select Add Another Class to return to step 1. Select the class link, select the wait list option and resubmit your request.
2.When the student does check the Wait List if Class is Full box:
“Request not processed. There is no wait list available.”



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to enroll student in a combined section, waitlist section or reserved cap section
2. Note the error message upon submitting the request.
