E-Fluid: CompanyInfo Element Dissapears After Running Version Application Engine with RESETVERSIONS Run Control ID (Doc ID 2799080.1)

Symptoms

CompanyInfo element disappears after running Version AE with "RESETVERSIONS" run control id.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in PIA
2. Add to the user "Company Info Administrator" + "Secure Branding Administrator" roles
3. Navigate to root > PeopleTools > Portal > Branding > Define Headers and Footers
4. Open DEFAULT_HEADER_FLUID header and edit the CompanyInfo element
5. Run Version AE and observe the issue in PIA
