Symptoms

USA Federal Positions missing Update Incumbents flag

When Federal HR users update any fields on a vacant position they receive the following message, anywhere between 1 to 4 times when they save their changes:


Federal users need to update vacant positions meeting Federal requirements, it would be ideal if this message did not display as this field is not available in the Federal view. This adds extra steps for the user and provides negative user experience.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Organizational Development > Position Management > Maintain Positions/Budgets > Add/Update Position Info
