Symptoms

Sample site is on PeopleTools (PT) 8.57.11. The following error is seen in the Integration Broker (IB) errorLog.html when processing an inbound REST request containing a DateTime field.
 



The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Create the REST service in which one of the request fields is a DateTime.
2. Send in the REST request message, and observe the error above in the errorLog.html.
