Symptoms



When attempting to connect to web server using cookie psping=***HCPRD_LOCAL ***FSPRD_LOCAL,
the following error occurs.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to PeopleSoft
2. See error in psping cookie which causes loopback

Due to this issue, users cannot process IB Node setup and cookie passing.
