ELM 9.2 - Notes and Attachments Showing Up Incorrectly Under the Class Description from the Find Learning Page (Doc ID 2800427.1)

Symptoms

From Find Learning for Classes on the Materials/Attachments tab with Notes that are checked to be "Display to Enrolled Learners only" are displayed in the class description for Learners when Learners are not enrolled.

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1)  Log in as Learning Administrator
2)  Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes > {select class or create a new class} - Using Good Letters/
>Materials/Attachments tab
3)  Add text in Notes Section and Display to set to “Enrolled Learners”.
4)  Save.
5)  Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Rebuild Index
6)  {select} incremental index LS_LM_ACT_CI_FL_INCR and run process to rebuild index
 
7)  From tile Employee Self Service >Learning > Find Learning >{enter Class with notes for Enrolled Learners) Using Good Letters
8)  Notice that the Notes are displayed for Learner that has not enrolled.
