On : 8.58 version, Change Assistant

When uploading a customization project to the PUM customization repository, the following failure occurred during the Load process in Change Assistant (CA):


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the customization project
2. Upload the project to PUM using CA
