When the jobs are coming from Tidal (third-party) to PeopleSoft, its showing below error in Scheduler Log, located at:

Windows

PS_CFG_HOME\appserv\prcs\<Database Name>\Logs

Unix

Logs: PS_CFG_HOME/appserv/prcs/<Database Name>/Logs

The same error will be captured into errorLog.html, located at:

<PS_CFG>/webserv/<DOMAIN_NAME>/applications/peoplesoft/PSIGW.war
