EAR9.2: Receivables Navigation Collection Add Receivables Manager Dashboard Does Not Open In New Window (Doc ID 2802103.1)

Symptoms

Receivables Manager Dashboard Open In a New Window Option Is Not Working and PIA Is Crashes and produces a large log. The dashboard is available in the navigation collection but when selected, it replaces the window instead of opening in a new window.

An error has occurred.
You may attempt to sign in again.

 

Replication Steps:
1. Edit Receivables Navigation Collection
2. Click on Add Link
3. Select the Receivables Manager Dashboard
4. Click Receivables Manager Dashboard then Edit Link
5. Select Open in a new window option
6. Log out and Select Receivables WorkCenter tile Receivable WorkCenter page is opened
7. Click on NavBar Navigator to Accounts Receivables / Receivables manager Dashboard
8. Selected Receivables Manager Dashboard and it returns but replaces window instead of opening in new window
9. Receivables Manager Dashboard, Edit Link, verify but do not change settings, and click OK
