Space Issue In One Time Address Page Between Address3 and City Fields

Symptoms
In Peoplesoft Fluid requisition page, if we navigate to the One time address page, there is a space of two fields between Address3 and City fields on the One Time Address page.
This affects the address information.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
eProcurement>Create Requisition>Search for an item id>Add to Cart>Click on the Cart>put the Quantity as needed>click on Checkout>View Schedule>One Time Address button>See the space of two fields between Address3 and City fields.
