Saving Purchase Order with multiple lines (75+) Copied from Requisition with Attachments for Each Line Gives Error 'Data being added conflicts with existing data (18,2)'.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1.  Add Purchase Order - Navigation: Purchasing, Add/Update Purchase Orders
2.  Select Copy from box option Requisition in purchase order header section
3.  Select Requisition with multiple lines (75+) and each line has attachments
4.  Save Purchase Order and Data Conflict Error is displayed
