Symptoms
Fluid self service, system is allowing to delete preferred Phone and Emergency contacts where as in classic it is not allowing to delete preferred contacts.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fluid Employee Self Service > Personal Details > Contact Details
2. Delete Preferred Email
3. Fluid Employee Self Service > Personal Details > Emergency Contacts
4. Delete Emergency Contact
