Symptoms

Applying CA maintenance from HCM PUM 39 error - File Not Exist for CP_crttbl.log

CA failed at these step:
Creating Tables
Altering Tables
Creating Indexes
Re-Creating Triggers


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Maintenance using CA
2. Get to step Creating Tables
3. Observe error
