Issues With Data Analysis and Data Conversion Steps in the Campus Solutions 9.2 Upgrade (Doc ID 2803648.1)

Symptoms

Running the Data Conversion step "Performing Data Conversion Concurrently" failed for the third process instance. The first two process instances ran to Success.  Data Conversion is a multi threaded process.

Process Instance: 999999, Job Status: No Success


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using Change Assistant, run the 'Performing Data Conversion Concurrently' step;
