Symptoms

After applying maintenance from Campus Solutions PUM 22, the following issues occur with new Earned Credit Only checkbox on Authorize Student Exceptions page:

1) When there are multiple rows in the Directed Course scroll area, the new flag is not appearing in the row for which it belongs (it appears on the dividing line).

  1. Home > Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Authorize Student Exceptions
  2. Search for and open an exception.
  3. Select Create Exception link
  4. Add a new row on the Directed Courses groupbox
  5. Notice the Earned Credit Only checkbox on the page

2) When there are multiple rows in the Directed Courses scroll area, the Earned Credit Only checkbox is enabled on the page, even though the setting on the Institution Table (7) is set to “Allow Un-earned Credit”.

  1. Home > Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Authorize Student Exceptions
  2. Search for and open an exception.
  3. Select Create Exception link
  4. Add a new row on the Directed Courses groupbox
  5. Notice the Earned Credit Only checkbox on the page is only disabled on the first row
