ETL9.2: Screen Reader Does Not Mention That A Day Has Been Selected/Deselected In Weekly Time

Symptoms
The day buttons/indicators on the Weekly Time tile page do not give an audible indicator that they have been selected when using a screen reader with accessibility mode.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Employee Main Homepage click on "Time" tile, on next page click "Weekly Time Entry" tile.
2. Click on the circles for MON, TUE, and WED
3. When selecting the days to submit hours, you hear the same thing whether selecting or unselecting. There’s no identification of which days have been selected.
