Symptoms

When trying to download a list of included bug fixes to excel, the user gets kicked out of the PUM Source.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy the FSCM PUM Image 40 on VirtualBox or Native OS.
2. Define a Change Package.
3. Go to PeopleTools > LifeCycle Tool > Update Manager > Review Change Packages
4. Download the list of included bug fixes to Excel
