Symptoms
The delivered Delegation Fluid Tile on Employee Self Service Homepage cannot be opened when using any browser Emulator (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) for iPhone 6/7/8 or 6/7/8 Plus with iOS11.
The following message is displayed within the Tile:
On Desktop and iPad the Delegation Fluid Tile is displayed correctly.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open for e.g Chrome Browser and Open DevTools by pressing F12 (select the device: iPhone 6/7/8 or iPhone 6/7/8 Plus )
2. Sign to PeopleSoft Application
3. Navigate to Fluid Homepage > Employee Self Service > Delegation Tile
Observe: Within the Tile the following message is displayed: "Tile is not supported on this device"
