HCM 9.2: National ID not Updated Through Smart HR Template for Contingent Worker Hired as Employee's (Doc ID 2804434.1)

Symptoms

National ID is not updated when an existing Contingent Worked is hired as an Employee using Smart HR Template.

Steps to replicate the issue:

   1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Smart HR Template > Smart HR Transactions
   2. Submit Smart HR transaction to hire an existing Contingent Worked as an Employee and also add the National ID
   3. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person
Observe: National ID was not updated from the default number 999-99-9999 to the ID entered at Step2
