Symptoms
AUC_PDF fails with below error message when Bidder/Supplier contact is deleted While creating an Event.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a Sourcing Event from Sourcing--->Create Events--->Create Event.
2) Add Event lines and invite a bidder/supplier
3) Delete the Bidder/Supplier Contact Info
4) Post the event
5) AUC_PDF process fails.
