Symptoms

Journal lines in the general ledger associated with SFA rows are having the Amount field as 0.

Replication Steps:

  1. Have SFA rows generated in PS_CA_ACCTG_LN_PC by running GM_GMFACS (Grants > Awards > Process Facilities Admin) for eligible Projects.
  2. Run FS_JGEN (General Ledger > Journals > Subsystem Journals > Generate Jrnl from Subsystem) using Accounting Entry Definition of CAPCDEFN
