Symptoms

GM_GMFACS (Grants > Awards > Process Facilities Admin) did not create the expected Facilities and Admin Costs for Award Projects. The Awards are created from Contracts.

Replication Steps:

  1. Grants > Awards > Projects - Project Department shows the F&A requested selected.
  2. The Grants > Awards > Project Activity - FA Rates tab shows that the rates are defined.
  3. Run GM_GMFACS process (Grants > Awards > Process Facilities Admin).
  4. The process goes to success and yet no F&A rows (SFA rows in PROJ_RESOURCE) are created as expected.
