ELM 9.2: Class Offering Search Mismatch (Doc ID 2805292.1)

Symptoms

When searching for courses and classes, the number of classes offered at the course results do not always match the number of classes offered for actual enrollment.

The enrollments available may be less than the course search indicated.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Courses > Course Details : Create a course with 3 active Classes
  2. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes > Learning Components: For one of the classes associate a Session learning component

Do not fill out the session details in the Patterns tab for when it is held (no date or time, etc.). Expectation: No session details should be listed

       3. Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes : Activate the class which has the Session associated to it

       4. As a Learner navigate to Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage > My Learning Tile > Find Learning Tile : search for the course and classes

Observe: The results state that the course has three classes offered for enrollment but when clicking to see the details of the classes offered, only two are returned.
