Symptoms
When opening an existing Expense Report with 3 or more lines containing 25 distribution lines per line, the expense report page times out.
Replication Steps:
1) Create an expense report with 3 lines and each line contains 25 distribution lines
2) Save the report
3) Log in and pull up the report
The result is one cannot open an expense report the page does not render.
