When running the process of "Uploading the DPK Manually to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure" to create the container psft_oci_las, the script fails with the below error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the Lift Utility from Cloud Manager > Lift and Shift Tile.
2. Create the container psft_oci_las by running the script below:

<LIFT_UTILITY_PATH>/lnx_python/bin/oci --config-file /tmp/oci_config os bucket create -ns <tenancy name> --name psft_oci_las --compartment-id <Compartment ID>
