ETL92: Fluid Timesheet Error 'Field Job code in row holds an invalid value of'

Symptoms
An error is triggered on Fluid Timesheet for biweekly period as a result of rows (including TRC and task values) being copied from week 1 to week 2. When user navigates to week 2 of the biweekly period and enter hours for the REG TRC the following error is triggered:

Field Job code in row 3 holds an invalid value of 000011.
The current value is an invalid selection for this field. Correct the value or remove the row.
Steps to Recreate:
1. For week 1 Employee enters non-REG TRC with hours, override rate, job, code and combo code on row one for Wednesday - Friday. On row two employee enters REG TRC and 8 hours each day for Monday and Tuesday then submits the timesheet.
2. Employee navigates to week 2 of the biweekly period. Note: Values for TRC and Task values are copied down to week 2 without user interaction.
3. User enters hours for REG on the page and click Submit. Above error is triggered.
