Symptoms

When accessing the Recruiting Alerts tile from iHub, the following javascript error occurs:

The user can click OK and get past the error and access the tile.
When accessing the tile in HCM alone (bypassing iHub) the error does not occur.

Steps to replicate:

1. Login to iHub
2. Navigate to HCM environment-> Manager Self Service-> Recruiting Alerts Tile
3. Receive the error:
custom javascript error Cannot read property 'url' of nul

Changes
