ELM 9.2 : Drop Mandatory Enrollment Process (LM_ML_DROP) Not Dropping for Specific Learning (Doc ID 2806285.1)

Symptoms

When running Drop Mandatory Enrollment Process (LM_ML_DROP) expecting that the specified learner to be dropped out of all mandatory learning classes in which they are currently enrolled in. However, after running the drop process, no changes take place.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes: Create a Class with Mandatory Enrollment

2. Click on "Mandatory Setup" Link : Use for e.g. Learner Group as Selection Criteria 

3. Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Mandatory Learning > Mandatory Enrollments : Run for specific set of classes

Notice: 375 Learners Enrolled

4. Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Mandatory Learning > Drop Mandatory Enrollments: Run the Drop Mandatory Enrollments for specific Learner

Notice: Learner still enrolled in Class after running LM_ML_DROP process
